It offers you the opportunity to offset all your greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions through Gold Standard certified climate projects. The Gold Standard certification assures you that your offsetting is real, measured, transparent, additional and verified.
The Planetair Mondial portfolio offers the best value for money and is aimed at those who wish to neutralize their climate impact in a rigorous and economical way.
We select innovative projects that prevent GHG emissions at source, such as solar and wind energy production, improved domestic ovens and optimized waste management. Unlike tree planting projects which take time to capture carbon, the Gold Standard projects we favour have an immediate positive impact on the climate, responding more adequately to the climate emergency.

Our Planetair Canada-Nature Portfolio is a two-pronged approach designed to support your climate commitment with integrity and credibility.
The first component of our portfolio allows you to offset all your greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions through Gold Standard-certified climate projects. The Gold Standard certification is recognized worldwide for its rigorous criteria and its effectiveness in reducing GHG emissions, thereby ensuring the high quality of the certified projects.
The second component of our portfolio provides you with an opportunity to also support Canada-based projects that are beneficial for the climate. These projects are implemented by our partner, the Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC), and notably contribute to protecting the habitat of over 200 threatened fauna and flora species. Many natural sites supported by these projects are open to the public, thereby promoting the discovery and appreciation of our natural environment.
Thus, your contribution enables Planetair to support both Gold Standard-certified projects and local conservation efforts in Canada.

These projects are implemented by our partner, the Nature Conservancy of Canada – Québec Region (NCC), which already protects over 48,000 hectares in Quebec. By supporting NCC’s work, you contribute to the protection of the habitat of over 200 vulnerable fauna and flora species. Many of the protected natural environments are open to the public, thereby promoting the discovery and appreciation of our natural environment.

The engineering research projects focus on technologies for reducing and adapting to climate change, as well as on measurement and modeling.

Our Planetair Youth Portfolio stands out due to its two distinct components, designed to support your climate commitment in a rigorous and credible manner.

The Gold Standard is globally recognized for its stringent criteria and effectiveness in reducing GHG emissions, ensuring the high quality of the projects. Each tonne of GHG offset by these projects is traceable through a unique certificate, ensuring integrity, reliability, efficiency, and credibility of the offset.
The second component of our portfolio focuses on supporting innovative educational projects, particularly those led by our partner, the Monique-Fitz-Back Foundation. This organization plays a key role in developing environmental and social awareness among youth across Quebec. Since its founding in 2006, it has reached more than 520,000 young people from all administrative regions of the province through school-based environmental and social initiatives. Today, it is recognized as one of the leading organizations working in youth environmental education in Quebec.
Through its concrete and forward-thinking initiatives, the Foundation fosters active youth engagement in the fight against climate change. Its flagship programs include:
- Sors de ta bulle (since 2017), which mobilizes youth around climate action by promoting critical thinking and participation in local initiatives;
- Enseigner dehors (since 2018), an innovative program that promotes and develops outdoor education in Quebec schools, with the aim of connecting young people with nature and highlighting the benefits of learning outside the classroom.
These projects are designed to equip the next generation to become inspired and committed changemakers, capable of taking meaningful action for a more sustainable future.
Thanks to your contribution, Planetair supports not only Gold Standard-certified carbon offset projects, but also locally led educational initiatives for youth in Quebec. These projects aim to raise awareness, foster engagement, and empower young people to become drivers of change in the fight against climate change. The Gold Standard is globally recognized for its stringent criteria and effectiveness in reducing GHG emissions, ensuring the high quality of the projects. Each tonne of GHG offset by these projects is traceable through a unique certificate, ensuring integrity, reliability, efficiency, and credibility of the offset.
The second component of our portfolio allows you to also support projects based in Quebec that are beneficial for the climate and bird conservation. These projects are implemented by our partner, QuébecOiseaux, and contribute particularly to reducing anthropogenic threats and protecting the habitat of over 300 bird species, specifically targeting species in precarious situations (e.g., the Least Bittern, the Chimney Swift, the Wood Thrush, and the Golden-winged Warbler).

The second component of the portfolio allows you to also contribute to the implementation of climate-beneficial projects in the Greater Montreal area through our partner, the Nature Conservancy of Canada – Quebec Region (NCC). NCC projects promote the protection of the habitat of numerous animal and plant species in precarious situations. Many of these natural environments are accessible to the public, encouraging the discovery and understanding of nature. Over 1,700 hectares in the Greater Montreal territory are protected this way.

The second component of this portfolio allows you to support projects in France through the 1% for the Planet France foundation. This climate contribution complements the carbon offsetting provided by the first component of the portfolio.

Our Planetair Africa Portfolio is a two-pronged approach designed to bolster your climate commitment with robust integrity and credibility.
The first component of our portfolio allows you to offset all your greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions through Gold Standard-certified climate projects. The Gold Standard is globally recognized for its stringent criteria and effectiveness in reducing GHG emissions, thereby ensuring the high quality of the projects. Each tonne of GHG offset by these projects is traceable through a unique certificate (carbon credit), proving an assurance of the integrity, reliability, efficiency, and credibility of the offset.
The second component of our portfolio allows you to also support two climate projects in Africa. This climate contribution is in addition to the carbon offset provided by the first component of the portfolio.
The first project aims to build habitats adapted to climate change for the benefit of the most disadvantaged families in the Sahel. Our partner, the Nubian Vault Association, has been successfully leading this program since 2000.
The second project seeks, in concert with local communities, to protect one of the last significant swamp forests in Benin from destruction. Our partner Humy launched this project in collaboration with its local partner Ecodec in 2021.
